Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept cats and dogs. We even have a dog park and pet spa for your four-legged roommates. For more on our pet policy, please visit the amenities section of our website, or contact us today!

As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab. 

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

What school districts are you near?

The Element is located within Park Hill School District. We are just minutes away from Hopewell Elementary School, Congress Middle School, and Park Hill High School!

What bedroom options do you have?

We have spacious open floor plans, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. For the most up-to-date information on our apartment homes, we encourage you to view the floor plans section of our website. You can also use our interactive property map to view available apartments based on their location within our community.

What is your community bundle program?

Designed to elevate your living experience, residents at The Element are automatically enrolled in our Community Bundle program. The bundle includes 1GB of high-speed Wi-Fi, routine pest control, door-to-door valet trash pickup, and 24-hour access to Amazon Hub package lockers. Every apartment at The Element includes pre-installed modems, meaning no Wi-Fi set-up is required on your end! The mandatory bundle is $110/month, and is in addition to your standard rent. Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

What amenities do you have?

Our residents have access to our outdoor swimming pool, fully-equipped fitness center, free Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse, and more! Additionally, our apartments feature large closets, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, refrigerators with ice and water dispensers, and more.  For a complete list of amenities, please visit the amenities section of our website. 

Do you have washers and dryers?

Yes, all of our apartment homes feature a full-size washer and dryer.

What can I expect as a resident for outdoor space?

Each apartment home at The Element includes an outdoor space of some form, whether that is a patio or balcony. Additionally, there are limited fenced-in patios with artificial turf included in certain floor plans. As a reminder, our community includes several community outdoor spaces, including grilling/picnic areas, outdoor fire pits, and more! To learn more, please visit our amenities page.

Does The Element have community security? 

Yes, The Element has courtesy patrol officers that routinely inspect our community three times every night. Courtesy patrol officers also take calls from residents as needed. For more information, please contact our team

Do you host resident events?

The Element consistently puts on resident events, including social hours, craft nights, and more!

Do I have to pay for parking?

At The Element, all residents can park for free in our off-street parking lot. We also offer garage parking for an additional charge.

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3-13 months.

How is the commute from The Element?

The Element is conveniently located off Interstate 29 and just minutes from the Kansas City International Airport. A plethora of shopping, retail, and dining is just blocks from your front door at the lifestyle center, Zona Rosa.
